Blog 14- Food Dumping

Food dumping is the disposal of unwanted organic matter like rotting food for example which is told as food support to developing countries like latin america, africa ex.. This "support" is causing the cycle of poverty to keep repeating itself. This is because of the food being rotten that when ingested it will most likely cause health problems, which could cause death and does cause sickness thus making another problem resulting in this cycle of poverty once again. Plus this "food support" makes local farmers loose business because of the poverty stricken people rather eat this free rotting food then buy from a local which results in that local farmer loosing his/her job, which stunt the economical progress in developing nations. There is no easy way to solve this problem because this food dumping helps stop this chronic hunger these people have but it also hurts the economy. A way to maybe solve this problem is feed some of this food waste to the animals which will create more live stock and ultimately more food for the hungry.
